Do I need to arrive early for my first appointment?
Yes. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete your paperwork, or you can get a head start by filling out your patient forms now. Forms can also be found [ HERE ] if you prefer to complete them prior to your visit.

What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm and we close for lunch from 12 pm to 1:30 pm.

What Insurances do you accept?

Do you treat children?
Yes. We welcome patients from the age of three and up and are happy to refer to local pediatric dentists as needed. All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their first visit. For subsequent visits, you can view our unaccompanied minors policy and complete permission to treat form [ HERE ].

Can I send my child to their appointment without a parent?

I’m running late for my appointment. Will I still be seen today?
We understand that traffic and life in general can be unpredictable and we strive to stay on time to minimize your wait. We will gladly accommodate you for up to 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. After this time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to ensure adequate time for your treatment. If you are unsure, just give us a call. Our scheduler will be happy to assist.
